If your item is damaged or defective
Please call us and have your emailed order confirmation, original receipt or packing slip for the product available to you. We will take your details and the items details and organise for them to be replaced.
If a refund is preferred, please make sure to have your original receipt or packing slip. A refund will be applied to the card that was used to make the payment.

In the event the item is unboxed or partially assembled, “The Drake Shop” is unable to offer a refund so please take your time to when making your choice to avoid any inconvenience at a later date. To return an item, please call 07 3271 5888 and have your original receipt, emailed order confirmation or packing slip available to assist us in identifying your order.

Many of the products that are sold on the “The Drake Shop” website come with a manufacturer's warranty. Generally you will be able to find their contact details on the item packaging however If you are unable to locate the contact details of the manufacturer please don’t hesitate to us and we will be happy to pass on their details.
Nothing is more important than the safety of our customers. To that end, we will gladly accept returns on recalled items. If you choose to return your item a refund will be processed to the original method of payment as long as the item is accompanied by your packing slip. No restocking fee will apply in the case of product recalls.
